Metal-ferroelectric-insulator-semiconductor (MFIS) capacitors with a Pb(Zr0.53,Ti0.47)O3 ferroelectric layer and a hafnium oxide insulator layer have been fabricated and characterized. The size of the capacitance-voltage memory windows was investigated. The memory window first increases to a saturated value of 0.7V with the sweep voltage and then decreases due to charge injection.
USS Zeus (ARB-4) was planned as a United States Navy LST-1-class tank landing ship, but was redesignated as one of twelve Aristaeus-class battle damage repair ships built for the United States Navy during World War II.Named for Zeus (in Greek mythology, the king of the gods, the ruler of Mount Olympus, and god of the sky and thunder), she was the only US Naval vessel to bear the name.
In order to realize 250–350-nm-band high-efficiency deep ultraviolet (UV) emitting devices using group-III-nitride materials, it is necessary to obtain high-efficiency UV emission from wide-band-gap (In)AlGaN. The use of the In-segregation effect, which has already been used for InGaN blue emitting devices, is quite effective for achieving high-efficiency deep UV emission.
Handbook of Biologically Active Peptides, Second Edition, is the definitive, indispensable reference for peptide researchers, biochemists, cell and molecular biologists, neuroscientists, pharmacologists, and endocrinologists. Its chapters are designed to be a source for workers in the field and enable researchers working in a specific area to examine related areas outside their expertise.

Paenibacillus is a genus of facultative anaerobic, endospore-forming bacteria, originally included within the genus Bacillus and then reclassified as a separate genus in 1993. Bacteria belonging to this genus have been detected in a variety of environments, such as: soil, water, rhizosphere, vegetable matter, forage and insect larvae, as well as clinical samples.

This study describes the soluble production, purification, and functional testing of an anti-transferrin receptor single-chain antibody (OX26 scFv) using the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The yeast secretion apparatus was optimized by modulating expression temperature, the folding environment of ...
659 Nestor (/ ˈ n ɛ s t ɔːr / NES-tor), provisional designation 1908 CS, is a dark Jupiter trojan from the Greek camp, approximately 110 kilometers (68 miles) in diameter. It was discovered on 23 March 1908, by German astronomer Max Wolf at Heidelberg Observatory in southern Germany, and named after King Nestor from Greek mythology.
